ABOUT VICEROY'S GARDEN:
Each Plot measures 20 cents i.e. 8700 square feet. The price of the plot is listed in the price list, Registration cost will be borne as accordingly by the Customers.
MODE OF PAYMENTS:
- The plot shall be allotted on a first come first serve basis on payment of 50% in advance.
- The company will maintain the plots, free of cost, up to 12 months. Thereafter, the company will continue to maintain the Plots at a nominal charge or the owners themselves can maintain their plots.
- The Viceroy's Family Club and development of layout shall be complete within the project period.
- All payments should be made against official receipt, to the company directly. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss due to an Act of State or Act of Nature.
- Taxation, Registration and Connected miscellaneous costs shall be borne by the members.
- The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application. All legal matters are subject to MADURAI Jurisdiction only.
